A co-created online community for Transactional Analysis professionals, trainees, and enthusiasts – dedicated to connection, reflection, and lifelong development.

TA Connect was created as a contribution to a growing culture of connection, dialogue, co-creation, and lifelong development within the global Transactional Analysis community.
In a profession largely practiced behind closed doors – whether in therapy rooms, training spaces, or organizational settings – and within a world that often feels fragmented, many practitioners find themselves in need of more opportunities for meaningful professional and human exchange beyond their immediate circles. They seek spaces that transcend borders, specializations, and stages of training – spaces where we can reflect, stay engaged with theory, and remain connected to one another as thinking professionals.
TA Connect was created as a platform to serve as:
A place to meet across borders, regions, and specialized roles
A meeting point across stages of professional development and fields of application
A place where Transactional Analysis lives not just in theory and professional practice, but in the way we relate
An invitation to belong – and to contribute
TA Connect is not a training institute or professional association.
It is a community platform – open, inclusive, and built on the belief that learning and development are lifelong processes best nurtured in relationship and co-creation.
We welcome:
Practitioners
Trainees
Supervisors and trainers
TA-informed professionals and enthusiasts across psychotherapy, education, counselling, and organizational contexts
TA Connect is grounded in co-creation. Every member is invited to shape the space:
Initiate conversations
Offer peer learning
Propose events
Or simply show up with presence and curiosity
Together, we are cultivating:
A learning environment grounded in TA values
A refuge from isolation
A place where voices from all regions and languages are heard and valued
A living network where TA theory and values come to life in human connection
Inside, you'll find a structured space for staying engaged with TA theory, practice, and colleagues.
Our monthly activities include:
Member-led opportunities – co-create sessions, suggest topics, share resources
A growing library – built by and for the community
TA Connect is not a replacement for formal TA training or exam preparation. It’s a complementary space – where theory stays alive, relational, and relevant.

Our Model: Pay-What-You-Can
This community is built on the belief that learning, connection, and growth should remain open and accessible to everyone. That’s why we have chosen not to introduce fixed subscriptions or membership fees.
Access to the platform is completely free. Anyone who wishes to connect, learn, and share is welcome, without barriers or obligations.
To sustain the platform and honor speaker's contributions, we follow a donation-based (pay-what-you-can) model for the events.
This approach ensures that no one is excluded because of financial limitations.
At the same time, it allows us to honor the time and energy of presenters and contributors, and to cover the costs of organizing and maintaining the platform.
The philosophy behind this model is:
Inclusivity – everyone who wishes to participate is welcome..
Mutual appreciation – donations are a way to say “thank you” and to keep this co-creative space alive.
We trust that this balance of accessibility and support will help us nurture a thriving, generous, and sustainable community.
Engage at your own pace, guided by curiosity and connection.
Founding and Vision
TA Connect is an independent initiative created and personally funded by Milena Markovic, PTSTA-P. It is not affiliated with any professional association, training institute, or individual other than those who voluntarily contribute to its content or community.
The platform was founded out of a wish to create a shared space for international TA practitioners and trainees. While Milena initiated and continues to coordinate the project, the platform belongs to anyone who chooses to engage and participate. It is envisioned as a co-created project where everything comes from “within the community”, through offers, goodwill and shared love for TA. The use of a personal name is included here solely for the sake of transparency and accountability - not as a representation of any external structure or influence.
A shared space for learning beyond curriculum
Collegial support beyond borders
Professional vitality beyond isolation
Its strength depends on our willingness to contribute and co-create.
